Team Quality Services, Inc. was formed in 1997 by Chris & Shelly Straw to respond to the growing demand for a more economical, effective and efficient solution to supplier quality liaisons. From 1997 to 2001 we operated as Team Automotive, a division of Team Quality Services, Inc. However, early in 2002, we decided to do business solely as Team Quality Services, Inc. to better reflect our corporate philosophy, approach and full range of services.

From day one, our prime objective has been our dedication to customer satisfaction. To build on this commitment, we began preparing for our ISO audit in April 2001 and received ISO 9001:2000 certification on December 13, 2001.

Based out of Auburn, Indiana, Team Quality Services, Inc. operates extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Our company continues to grow through the long-term relationships we develop with our satisfied customers.
